Why:
OpsPals aim is to get businesses working towards a balance scorecard approach, so not only does it manage the operations of the organisation, but we also measure it in the process. Currently, our product does not contain GDPR information, and this is key for our base product, but in the future, we will add an additional product that allows you to audit other parts of the organisation (finance, governance, service, HR, etc.) and create scores to measure the business.
What is it?
Well we are going all out on this one. The aim is to create a form based system that can be used for you to set up any type of audit, with scores to let you see how you are performing.
There will be two scores, 1) for the initial audit completed and 2) for the percentage of actions completed to improve the score (where points were lost) These actions will have a separate area in the users bell if allocated to them, to ensure they follow up on the actions.
This will be a game changer measuring your business.

Why:
Recently, we presented to 37 universities, and the Director of Sport said to us, "I can't tell just how much this product has changed our business." Some may take this as a compliment, but our initial thoughts were that he could have told us how much it has improved the business. So lets say his business was running at 72% and now its at 92% We will show the cause and effect of the improvements.
What is it:
So the product will soon get two scores built into the system, one for compliance and one for business excellence. Going forward, you will be able to measure your business direction without the need to run reports, giving you a guide as to how well you operate.
