OpsPal made getting our ISO qualification simple
When we were undertaking the ISO qualification, the ISO assessor was very impressed with our use of OpsPal. OpsPal ticked all the boxes for staff training using embedded videos, risk assessments, procedures, and task management, all in one simple place. The fact that everything was tracked in the logs was extremely helpful in terms of managing the business and improving how we do things going forward.

Previously, it was easy for something to slip through the net. This could have been a review date or something on a new starter’s induction. Now, OpsPal covers everything required in an induction, and we have proof of compliance. My team has simple access to all policies and procedures. If they have forgotten something or would like to double-check they are doing a task right, they can simply search and find the answer. This also saves time on not getting bombarded with loads of questions when they can self-find, freeing up my time to manage. |

I could rave on about OpsPal for hours!
I can honestly say every member of staff is finding OpsPal a brilliant tool for getting everything done on time, including changing room checks, pool tests, bar fridge temperature checks, and cleaning.
We have uploaded our staff code of conduct and all our procedures, including each department NOP, the EAP, safeguarding policy, and many more. Myself and one other member of staff did most of the initial build, and it took us around 2 weeks to get all the daily and weekly tasks on there. I just clicked 2 buttons, and it tells me 67 out of 86 have read and signed the code of conduct, and I can clearly see who still needs to do this—so much easier than paper and a highlighter pen. My main screen is telling me now I have a pool test and plant room checks to do in 3 minutes, but everyone else has done their tasks.

It's become a one-stop-shop for all our process & procedure needs and has enabled us to record everything in one place. It has also enabled us to keep on top of key health and safety records to ensure our compliance at all times. A place to store all risk assessments, staff training logs and ensure all staff can complete their daily tasks and procedures to ensure our day-to-day operation and communication is better than it's ever been.
