Personal highlights include the reporting dashboard which provides a clear snapshot of facility compliance across the four apps that can be easily interrogated for further detail as required for reporting or appraisal purposes. Also, the Risk Assessment & Procedures apps allow traditionally static documents to be easily updated in real-time and changes communicated. At a time when government guidance has been changing regularly, this feature has given me the confidence that my staff are kept up to speed in a timely and relevant manner.
